Security Has Been Breached

There has just been a shocking security breach- an anonymous hacker, operating under an organization known only as “Ghost”, has expressed malicious intent towards the General Assembly and a plan to launch a global attack on the world’s water supply. This has already affected cities in nations such as China, France, and Australia. This is certainly a dire situation that heeds resourceful action from the General Assembly.
