The Ecology and Environment Committee has passed a resolution, originally submitted by Equatorial Guinea, attempts to traverse barriers to clean drinking water. The approved resolution plans to solve the issue by
increasing the level of involvement by corporations through investments and NGOs, encouraging the use of innovative techniques to sanitize water, and emphasizes the importance of infrastructure in this issue.
