CLEIMUN17 Welcomes Students from LCA to be Security Personnel
For CLEIMUN17, St. Edward High School and the Cleveland Council on World Affairs are pleased to welcome seventh and eighth graders from Lakewood Catholic Academy to fulfill the roles of Security. These students, many of whom attended CLEIMUN15, are very excited to be able to help make CLEIMUN17 as successful as it can be. At CLEIMUN, Security personnel have a very important duty. They are placed in committees and help to distribute notes, run messages to the conference administrators and guide delegates to specific places around the conference site.
The Security Team is led by Nolan Corcoran, a junior at St. Edward. Nolan has been involved with Model United Nations throughout his high school career and is ecstatic to be able to lead such a talented group of middle schoolers during CLEIMUN17. Nolan's specific duties involve allocating Security personnel where they are needed and understanding the schedule of the conference each day.
